How do I create or join a group?
Open Groups and tap Create to start one, or Join to enter a 6‑character invite code (or scan the inviter’s QR code). Anyone in a group shares its calendar; private events stay visible only to you.
Why didn’t I get a reminder or notification?
Event reminders are set per person, so you’ll only get one for an event if you’ve added a reminder to it yourself. Also check that notifications are enabled for Chronomore in your phone’s system settings. Reminders, drive‑time “leave by” alerts, and weather are estimates and can occasionally be late or unavailable.
How do I connect Google Calendar?
In Settings → Google Calendar, connect your Google account to see your Google events alongside Chronomore (read‑only), and optionally mirror selected groups into a dedicated “Chronomore” calendar in your Google account. You can disconnect at any time, which stops syncing.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
Chronomore offers an optional paid plan. Purchases and renewals are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and you manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can permanently delete your account from inside the app. See Delete your account for step‑by‑step instructions and exactly what is removed.
Report content or a problem
If you come across objectionable content or an abusive member in a shared group, email support@chronomore.com with the details. We review reports and take action, including removing content or members, typically within 24 hours.
